Stearns County Ditch 35 (CD35) was established in 1915. The ditch is approximately 1.4 miles in length and contains roughly 603 benefitted acres. CD35 is not considered public waters.

A property owner petition to request abandonment of County Ditch 35 has been received by the Stearns County Auditor. The petition has been determined to be valid per MN103E and a public hearing to consider abandonment of County Ditch 35 is set for July 8, 2025 at 9:00am or after depending on the Board of Commissioners meeting agenda. The hearing will be held in the Stearns County Administration Center located at 705 Courthouse Sq, Saint Cloud.
